Shipping and Delivery
We want to be the very best online shop you've ever used. This is a big task, obviously, but we do our very best to ship any order placed before 2pm on the same day. This often results in you getting the order the next day, but we do ask that you plan for 3 days for delivery.
We use Royal Mail First Class post for all shipments. Orders to the UK over £75 are shipped Signed For, at our expense.
In the rare event that your item has not arrived within two weeks, we will replace it.
UK shipping Large Letters:
£0.01 - £9.99 = £0.90
£10.00 - £24.99 = £1.40
£25.00 - £35.00 = £1.65
UK shipping Small Parcel items:
Some items need to be shipped as Small Parcels which involve higher postage costs. Some low value items would not be cost effective for us to ship without asking you to help cover the costs of the postage. We hope you understand.
£0.01 - £9.99 = £2.90
£10.00 - £24.99 = £3.30
£25.00 - £35.00 = £3.55
We do NOT charge VAT on international orders. We are a very small company working on very small margins and the additional paperwork burden of registering for VAT in every country in the world would bankrupt us. For this reason, you are responsible for import taxes and duties in your country. We are reviewing this situation regularly and hope to find a cost effective solution soon.
£0.01 - £24.99 = £4
£25.00 - £49.99 = £6
£50.00 - £74.99 = £10
£75.00 - £100 = £15
Rest of the world:
£0.01 - £24.99 = £5
£25.00 - £49.99 = £8
£50.00 - £74.99 = £12
£75.00 - £100 = £20
We do not accept online orders over £100 for international orders.
If actual shipping is considerably higher, we reserve the right to request extra postage to cover the difference.
If actual shipping is considerably lower, a refund or credit will be given.
We endeavour to ship your order right away. We will normally send your order same day, but ask that you allow 3-4 business days. International orders are generally received in 7-10 days.
You must inform us within 21 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
