COVID-19: We are shipping as normal, but occasionally orders may take 2-3 days to complete.

We use Royal Mail first class post, which should arrive next day, however, some orders are taking considerably longer to arrive. Please understand that once a parcel leaves the shop, I have no control over its progress. Please be kind when informing me that your order has not yet arrived. Believe me, I'm as frustrated as you.

 

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Refunds

So, you've received your order it's not at all what you expected; what can you do? Well, provided the product is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped (and fabric is unwashed), just ship it back within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will refund your costs in full. We are unable to refund return shipping, however, unless the goods are faulty.

Cancellation

Prior to shipping, you can cancel your order at any time in writing (but it's fine to phone first then follow up by email), but we do usually try to ship same day, so you'll need to be quick! We will, of course, refund your order if it has already shipped.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
