A few days disruption this week (12th-17th of September 2019)

12 September 2019  |  Karla

Hi all :-)

As you may know, I'm studying for a maths degree with the Open University. I have my first exam in something like 20 years coming this Monday (the 16th of September, 2019) and I am in full on revision mode. As a consequence, I'm working very reduced hours trying to keep the post going from my door to yours.

I have two wonderful ladies working with me a few hours each week, but neither is confident cutting fabric nor doing the techie side of things, so I do need to be here for most day-to-day running of the shop.

I want to thank you for your patience with me over the last couple of months as I've been battling with calculus. I really appreciate your support for my little venture. I know you have lots of places that you can buy your treasures so I really am so grateful for you! If I've missed any communications from you, been late with birthday discounts, or dropped the ball in any way, please accept my apologies.

After my exam, I should be back up to full speed again and ready for the Autumn mayhem to begin!

I WILL be doing the Country Cottage autoship. I intended to get it up on the site this week but differentiation, integration and DeMoivre's theorem have been getting in the way.

To that end, I will be closed Monday and will probably have the morning off on Tuesday, just to unwind!
