Broadband outage update

Our "48 hour" broadband outage has been going for 5 days and counting. I am not hopeful for a resolution any time soon. I'm still able to work, after a fashion, but it has affected the service that I can provide to you.

  • Most orders are shipping the following day, not the same day as I like to do.
  • I haven't been able to complete all of the autoships for this month, which is frustrating for everyone involved, I know.
  • New products are taking longer to get onto the website.

I am so sorry for the continued issues and thank you all for your patience.
