(Gift certificates are brand new, so please let me know if anything doesn't work as you'd expect!).
Gift vouchers are currently charging shipping, which they shouldn't. Until we can fix it, any shipping charges applied will be included in the value of the voucher.
Give your stitching BFF the gift of stash! Here's how:
1. First read "How to Redeem" and the "Terms and Conditions".
2. Select the amount of the voucher you want to offer.
3. Decide how you'd like them to be notified.
4. Tell us the email address and name of the recipient. The voucher will only be redeemable by that person using that email address.
5. If you've asked us to, we'll email them to tell them that you are the coolest compadre EVER. Otherwise, we'll email you with the details so you can tell them.
If your order amount is for more than your voucher, just order as normal and enter your voucher in the "coupon" box when prompted. It will be removed from your order at checkout.
If you only want to use part of your voucher, this shopping cart won't allow certificates to be part used, but we think that stinks, so here's a workaround:
1. Shop as normal but select "pay with vouchers" at checkout.
2. We'll have a record of it and will send you a new coupon code for the remainder.
Also, if you want to use more than one voucher, please select "pay with vouchers" and we'll process it for you.
Gift vouchers have no monetary value and are only redeemable against goods and services provided by The Patchwork Rabbit Ltd.
Gift vouchers are only refundable to the original buyer and only within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been redeemed in full or in part.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the coupon code as they are unique to the recipient so take a little setting up. If it's urgent, let us know and we'll endeavour to prioritize it.
Gift vouchers do not currently expire, however, we reserve the right to change this policy in the future.
Gift vouchers are not transferable. They can be used only by the recipient designated at the time of checkout. We're not trying to be obstructive, it's just so that we know only the intended recipient actually gets the goods.
