Why a mobile number? An online shop gives us the flexibility to operate outside of standard hours. In fact, I do most of my work at night, simply because it means the least disruption to the website when you'll most likely want to use it. I also teach quite a lot, so am not always at home during normal "shop" hours. A mobile simply means that you can reach me anytime, anywhere (even on holiday!).
