Shopping by theme is a concept we're still incorporating here at the Patchwork Rabbit. We have hundreds of patterns to get on the site, let alone sort and categorize, so it will take us a little time to get them all in their proper places.
In the meantime, all of the patterns that are currently on the site can be found listed under their respective designers.
