There are many ways to pay for your lovely, lovely things:
.credit/debit card via RBS Streamline and CreditCall.
.by credit card over the phone
All of these options are available when you checkout, so you can order online and pay "offline", if you like.
We want to be the very best online shop you've ever used. This is a big task, obviously, but we do our very best to ship any order placed before 2pm on the same day. This often results in you getting the order the next day, but we do ask that you allow 3 days for delivery. Orders over £35 are free to the UK. We've shipped to the United States, many locations in Europe and even Japan.
If we don't have your item in stock, we'll let you know asap and let you decide how you wish to proceed.
We use Royal Mail First Class post for all shipments.
So, you've received your order it's not at all what you expected; what can you do? Well, provided the product is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped (and fabric is unwashed), just ship it back within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will refund your costs in full. We are unable to refund return shipping, however, unless the goods are faulty.
Prior to shipping, you can cancel your order at any time in writing (but it's fine to phone first then follow up by email, see full terms and conditions for contact details), but we do usually try to ship same day!
